Peace Haven offers a range of holistic therapies from the more physical to energetic therapies. Please note that all treatments can be combined to provide a bespoke treatment and allow the oppertunity to try a new therapy. Holistic Facial. Peace Haven offers an aromatic facial rejuvination, an treatment to the face, neck & shoulders to help relax and improve skin tone.
Thai Foot Massage This treatment can help care for the feet as well as treat the whole body. Choose a Thai Foot Massage or select a LaStone Soul Reflexology as a special treat to the feet.
LaStone Therapy. The original hot & cold stone massage, LaStone Therapy is a whole system treatment. Choose from a selection of treatment to help relax, balance & renew
Aromatherapy Massage. An aromatherapy massage treatment to ease tension and muscular aches and pains. Select a refreshing face massage, full body treatment or decide on just a specific area to be treated.
Indian Head Massage. Indian Head Massage is a relaxing treatment, which is based on the ancient Ayurvedic healing system which aims to restore balance to the mind and body.
Myofascial Release. Relatively new to the UK, MFR is a treatment for the whole body aiming to bring a sense of balance to the system. Encoporating specific hand holds to release tension in the connective tissues and cranial-sacral system.
