I shall pick a selection of essential oils specifcally to suit your skin and any health conditions. The massage can help to free the layers of muscle and connective tissue so that there is space for the muscles to relax. This will encourage the circulation and allow the tissues to become smoother and more youthful in appearance. Tension can build up within our facial muscles from the pressures of everyday life without us realising it. The massage can give you a sense of calmness and well being to help balance the mind and body.
