Original Body
A full body therapy honouring ceremony, stone magic, energy and massage. The treatment begins by burning sage, a ceremony of Native American origin followed by a full body massage. The treatment is extremely relaxing and grounding, balancing the mental, physical and spiritual bodies. The treatment finishes with a spinal spiral utilising a selenite & fluorite crystal wand, sealing the energy field. Crystal bowls & tuning forks allow gentle sound healing to help reawaken and complete the LaStone treatment.
Deep Stones
We work using the hot as well as the beautiful pink marbles cooled in ice. The treatment honours the principles of LaStone but works in a bespoke way to treat sore and painful muscles. The true healing properties of the cold stones must be felt to be appreciated. All deep stone therapy session consist of a thorough assessment to diagnose and successfully treat with the stones.
Stone Soul Reflexology
An alternative to traditional reflexology, the treat allows the stones to work on the reflex points on the feet. This treatment allows the body to relax on a bed of hot stones whilst the reflex points of the feet, hands & ears are stimulated. It is extremely relaxing and treats the whole body whilst honouring the energetic principles of LaStone.

A Native American tradition that touches the soul. The body is surrounded in hot stones to help ground and heal. The treatment honours ceremony, breath, energy & the magic of the stones.
