Thailand has long believed in the benefits of massage and the Buddhist monks have been practicing massage for many years. During a Thai Foot Massage the lower legs and feet are worked on. It involves hands-on stretching, massage, stimulating reflex points and follows the Thai energy lines (Sen). It has elements of Shiatsu, Reflexology, Chinese massage and Yoga incorporated into the massage.  Thai Foot Massage stimulates the internal organs, giving the receiver a holistic treatment. It can create a healing environment for the body and produce a sense of well being.

Reflexology works more specifically on the relflex points whereas Thai Foot Massage has more emphasise on the actual massage.

Thai Foot Massage can help improve the immune system, boost circulation, aid sleep, improve joint mobility and reduce stress to give a sense of relaxation and well being.  The treatment is performed lying down and focuses on the lower legs and feet using massage, stretching, and stimulation of reflex points, working along the Thai energy lines (Sen.)   This treatment can last for either 30, 45 or 60 mins, it can also be combined with other from of massage for a longer treatment.
